I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to Malin Plaza where you can find a variety of cheap food stalls at the night market. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars down the street. The room amenities were fantastic, with free toiletries and an AM/FM alarm clock. The staff were friendly and always at my service. The facilities, including the Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception, were top-notch. I also enjoyed the fitness center, perfect for staying active during my stay.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends. The only minor downside was the occasional issue with the water heater during the rainy season.

For the money - Excellent! Room was clean and tidy, all basics available from reception if not already provided. Staff very friendly. For the price this hotel was great, would definitely visit again.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool on the roof top (open 24h) was great after a long day travelling. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops but not on the main street.

Affordable and valuable price. Comfortable environment.

The only shortage is walking distance to beach and shopping area. It was not same as shown in Booked.net 5 minute walking distance.

Friendly staff and great service. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service added to the overall positive experience.

Lack of English-speaking staff. One downside was the language barrier we encountered with some of the hotel staff.

no second locks at the door. its scary to think that someone might enter the room while u sleep.

if you are looking for a good value for your money this hotel is a good place to stay, it´s located just 10 minutes walking to patong beach, the is confortable and very well cleaned.

only two things, 1 - they simply don´t replace the soap and shampoo when it´s over, you have to ask it calling to the reception every time it happens and the same with bath towels and bed clothing, and the breakfast is poor and you have to pay for it 150 bath/person. And The staff english is poor.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was acceptably clean. The rooftop pool was a nice touch and had a decent view of the surrounding area. the central location made it easy to navigate the area.

The hotel was not up to par. The room was much smaller than advertised and the furnishings were dated and cheap.

As a young couple we really enjoyed this hotel! The location was excellent as it was very close to other hotels and restaurants, and the beach was only 10min walk away. The service at the hotel was very good and nothing made us doubt about the safety.

The hotel setup in a cluster of others hotel, is a creative idea. clean room, reasonably good facilities, walking distance to beach (~1km, 10 minutes walk) and shopping area. 2nd if facilities for packing car is quite easy and safe, i drove all the way from K.Lumpur to Phuket and most important thing is safe and easy parking.

1.have problem with the water draining of the room 2. No free breakfast provided, with breakfast is not to value, i paid 300baht per pax and it's way too expensive for the simple breakfast provided. To me i will only pay 150baht the most.
